@FNAFtwtconfess HW2 is really fun to me, but it's nowhere near the spooky vibes of HW1 (at least in VR). I miss the dread that HW1 filled me with. HW2 was so much less scary I didn't jump once. It made me sad in one of the Jtop interviews when they said that it was intentionally less scary.

"HW2 is much worse than HW1 in almost every way. The minigames are fun, but almost half of them are just sequels (there are like 5 parts and 10 total minigames of that darn Fizzy Face), and that makes it much less replayable. Princess Quest IV is interesting, but the endings-

Just a reminder Steel Wool said this about the PCVR build of SOTM "we will announce the second our team certifies it. For a little behind the scenes, the current testing is at 99.01% as of the time of this post!" So they will announce when it's certified.

I understand where they're coming from, but personally, I think it should've released as a beta branch update
like yea obviously its not ready, but releasing it as a beta maybe would help with testing
it also finally gives fans something to do if they're ok with rough edges

Hey all! We promised we would be better about communication moving forward and we want to live up to that. We have decided that we are going to hold back PCVR a LITTLE bit longer. Instead of launching it and then doing a quick turnaround patch (our original plan), we are going to roll in the patch fixes and updates directly to the PCVR launch build. We are also going to incorporate fixes to some of the main issues we’re seeing in the current community playthroughs. Our goal is to launch a higher quality PCVR edition and then patch the PSVR 2 version so there is complete parity between the two platforms. We are working hard with our porting partners at Devoted Studios with the goal of getting the PCVR launch and PSVR 2 patch ready within the next 2 weeks! We know it's frustrating when it appears that we aren't communicating and that can come across as if we’re not paying attention. That cannot be farther from the truth. We take this community very seriously because the community is what makes everything we do worthwhile. While I wish we could always be perfect, we do always strive to do better!

@FNAFSOTM It'd be awesome if we could opt in to it. That way people that don't want their first run to be buggy can wait, but the rest of us could have hands on experience!

Steel Wool said they expected to release the PCVR in a day or two. This means it had a chance to not be only a day or two as well, since having an expectation does not mean it will for sure happen. It's like saying "we hope to have it to you by this time,but it's not guaranteed."
