Lfg we will be moving everything on @PlanetScale
Vranda Garg@VrandaaGarg

Completed a full migration of an internal tool my company @kakiyoai uses from Appwrite to Better Auth + Postgres on PlanetScale in about 1.5 days. That included migrating ~8 tables and 800+ rows, handling legacy user credential/login flows, moving permissions from Appwrite into the application layer, resolving orphaned child-record issues, and replacing Appwrite realtime with task-scoped SSE + selective polling. Much cleaner backend to build on now. @PlanetScale @theayush

We just completed phase 1 of moving @kakiyoai from Appwrite to @PlanetScale Millions of rows migrated. Zero downtime. Live traffic kept flowing. Backfill and catch-up migration completed. A lot of careful rollout work went into making this boring in production, which is exactly how migrations should feel. On to phase 2. Fuck Yeah

Hey @gologinapp team, can confirm this is a real issue. POST /share/multi adds the user as a full workspace admin instead of sharing just that one profile. The dashboard Share button with "Can run" role works perfectly -> profile-level share, no workspace invite. The API endpoint just doesn't do the same thing. Would appreciate a fix or the correct endpoint for this.

Hey @gologinapp, can you please fix your share multi-profile public endpoint? We wanted to share the profile via API, but it is inviting the users as full workspace admins. It works fine if we do it via the GUI.

Not a very productive day, but still got some things done. - Completed a feature at work that's going to make user onboarding way simpler - Worked on my personal project, added multiple features - Tried Kimi K2.5 Turbo by @Kimi_Moonshot on @FireworksAI_HQ and damn, it's a really good model. Hats off thanks @theayush for the api key

Kimi K2.5 Turbo one-shotted this UI just from a reference of Yaak and Clay's design language. Really impressed. @Kimi_Moonshot

The first one was my first ever portfolio (march 2025). The second one is where I am today. Looking at both, yeah the current one looks way more professional. But whats between these two screenshots is - the sleepless nights, the moments I genuinely doubted if I'm even made for this field. And honestly? I'm still figuring it all out. Every single day. But one thing I know for sure now - it was all worth it. Every late night, every breakdown moment that I pushed through anyway. So if you're waiting for some miracle to happen, stop. Work for it. Show up even when it's ugly. And celebrate even the smallest wins Still a work in progress. Always will be.
