@pcdv8r I think the movie can be entertaining. The songs slap and the animation/ humor side is nice. The story is not that deep / more like a child movie. You should give it a try. The Oscar for best songs makes sense, best animated movie not so much.

Wait, just saw KPOP Demon Hunters won multiple Oscars last night. Is that movie actually good? Maybe should try to watch it some time. Also, didn't Sony basically give Netflix the rights to it for close to nothing a year ago or something like that?

@arshgoyal13 @pcdv8r The movie is actually fine. It's nothing crazy story wise, but the animation is nice. It's such a shame the Chanisawman movie didn't even got a nomination.

@pcdv8r songs are good, the movie is bad. the "best animated feature" is just code for "best movie for little kids award" oscars doesn't recognize animated movies for adults so the winner doesn't tend to be an actually good movie

@EchorinP - we have norms / standards for everything. Even norming stuff is normed. (DIN EN 45020) Ambulance Siren Sound Stairs Paper Sizes Groundtypes / sizes of stones (sand and stuff) You name it, there is some DIN Norm that standardizes stuff.

(wanted to answer on main) - You can legally drink at 16 here - all our windows have a half-open mode, where it opens on top instead of at the side to let air in - our drivers license costs thousands of euros to get, - we make 0 small talk and if you ask us how we're doing we WILL answer honestly - our plastic bottles all come with a default deposit that you can get back if you return them - we eat raw minced pork which is safe for consumotion (and it slaps) - The German Stare (tm) (we dont do it on purpose) - when your in a doctors office, you greet every person that enters. apparently thats not normal elsewhere - autobahn (tm) feel free to add on if you know of more thats all i can think of lmao

@thekitze Pretty much every LEGO Game has coop. The older ones could also be played with one keyboard (2 Players).

I'm ecstatic to announce that I started this week at @CDPROJEKTRED as a Senior Video Manager! I'll be focusing on our short form video content. It has been an amazing first week, my team is great and I'm super excited to be able to create content for some of my favorite games.

@FrostDrakeHeart @TheGameVerse Oh, I already finished the main story in March 2025 (~24h playtime). Was my first MH, maybe the Gamestyle is not my thing, but overall it didn't felt good as a title / what capcom was doing. Hope they fixed the Performance & MP. Character Editor+ Monster Design was my fav part.

Of course it'll take some time. - Wilds was recently patched and runs so much better across the board. - the menus are weird but MP works perfectly fine. - naturally, it's a reward for playing the game. - Then I'd recommend wishlisting it and waiting for a sale.

@FrostDrakeHeart @TheGameVerse - The Base Story / "Tutorial" takes 20h - Performance is kinda bad even on high end machines - Multiplayer works okayish - detailed armor custumization gets unlucked AFTER completing the Main story Monster designs were cool, but I didn't felt worth it paying the price for it.

@TheGameVerse For those wondering, the game shown here is Monster Hunter Wilds. Yes, the character creator has INSANE customization! You can fight cool monsters & dragons, and dress up your avatar in fashionable armor sets crafted from those monsters. It's fun, I'd highly recommend it!

You can win several super bowls or NBA championships with different teams. but you can't just swap national teams. making a world cup way more worth.
