جب بھی اپنی بیٹیوں اور بیٹوں کو ظاہر جعفر کی پھانسی کے بارے میں بتائیں تو نور مقدم کے کردار کے بارے میں بھی لازمی بتائیں اور یہ بھی بتائیں کہ ہر Live-in Relationships کا منطقی انجام یہی ہے۔ فیصلہ سناتے ہوئے جج صاحب کے ریمارکس بھی لازمی سنائیں کہ نور مقدم اور ظاہر جعفر کا تعلق لاء آف دی لینڈ اور اسلامی شریعت کے خلاف ہے۔ لڑکے اور لڑکی کا بغیر کسی رشتے کے کئی کئی دن ایک ساتھ رہنا، ایک دوسرے کے گھروں میں آزادانہ آنا جانا، پارٹیز میں کپل ڈانس کرنا، شراب پینا آئس کا استعمال کرنا ۔ والدین کراچی میں مزے سے رہ رہے ہیں ہیں بیٹی اسلام آباد میں دوست کے ساتھ گھوم پھر رہی ہے ساتھ رہ رہی ہے جب اخلاقیات موجود ہی نہیں ہیں حدود کا خیال رکھا ہی نہیں جا رہا بلکے تمام حدیں کراس کی جا رہی ہیں تو پھر کون سا شرع کون سا قانون کون سا اخلاق۔۔۔۔۔۔؟ کوئی کسی کو مارے پیٹے قتل کرئے جو بھی کرئے۔ ایسے نشے کے زیر اثر ایسے ہی قتل ہوتے ہیں، دوست دوستوں کو زرا سی بات پر بھڑک کر ایسے ہی قتل کرتے ہیں ظاہر جعفر قاتل ہے قاتل کو سزائے موت ہوئی اسے اس سے بھی بدتر سزا ہونی چاہیے تھی یا کم از کم چوک میں پھانسی دی جانی چاہیے تھی تاکہ لوگ عبرت پکڑیں مگر نور مقدم کا جو کریکٹر تھا اسے بھی اس ہی کی سزا ملی یہ کوئی ہوم وائلینس نہیں تھا میاں نے بیوی کو نہیں مارا تھا۔ یہ بے لگام عیاشی اور معاشقے کا نتیجہ تھا۔ ظاہر جعفر کے ساتھ نور مقدم کو بھی ڈسکس کریں اور بچوں کو بتائیں کہ ہمارے معاشرے اور دین میں live-in Relationships کی کوئی گنجائش نہیں ہے اور جو اس ریلیشن میں اپنی مرضی سے رہ رہے ہیں ان کے لیے آخری نا کوئی حد ہے نا اس کے انجام پر کوئی قانون لاگو ہوتا ہے اس واقع سے اور جج صاحب کے ریمارکس سے ہم سب کو عبرت پکڑنی چاہیے۔ منقول
