My statin thread reached over 460,000 people. Thousands of you asked the same question.
"If cholesterol does not cause heart disease, then what does?"
The answer has been published for years. In the largest risk factor study ever conducted. 27,939 women. 21 years. Published in JAMA Cardiology.
Here is what they found. And here is why nobody told you.

There is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate.
That is not an opinion. That is basic biochemistry.
There are essential fats.
There are essential proteins.
Your body cannot make them, so you need to get them from food.
Carbohydrate is not on that list, because your liver can make the glucose you need from fat and protein.
That process is called gluconeogenesis.
So why were people told to base meals around grains?
The 1977 dietary guidelines pushed 6 to 11 servings a day.
That was presented as health advice.
It also happened to suit a food system built around cheap, storable, profitable products.
A population living on meat, eggs, and simple whole food is harder to sell to on repeat.
That is worth thinking about.
When I cut back on carbohydrates my energy stabilised, my hunger became manageable, and I stopped thinking about food every two hours.
That is not what you would expect if you had removed something essential.
Your body does not need carbohydrate.
It needs enough energy, enough protein, enough fat, and the right signals.
What is the most difficult carb for you to give up?

This is the biggest government scandal of my lifetime, and the legacy media refuses to cover it.
The FDA knew that COVID injections were causing severe adverse events, including sudden cardiac death, pulmonary infarction, and Bell’s palsy.
Americans had the Right to Know, and those affected deserve justice.

RFK Jr. reveals FDA officials admitted they literally do not know how many chemicals are in the American food supply.
“When I came in, I asked FDA, ‘How many chemicals are in our food?’”
“They said, ‘We don’t know.’”
“‘We don’t have a list of them.’”
“It’s somewhere between 4,000 and 12,000.”
“In Europe, they only have 400 chemicals in their food.”
“The 9,600 extra ones that we have are all illegal there.”

My 2 year old is a sweet little chunk.
Every Sunday, try as we may to explain the concept of communion, he bursts into tears at the altar, certain he is being intentionally targeted for exclusion by the Priest.
Husband, in urgent whisper: “Max, it’s NOT a snack” (for the zillionth time)
Max, in tears: “…but Daddy, I want to eat”
The drama continues.

@WAWomanRising @RealCandaceO Mass is not an adult function 🤷

@WAWomanRising @RealCandaceO Because they're safer with the parents.....

@WAWomanRising @RealCandaceO Learn dogma. As a Catholic who has actually read the Catechism, I understand perfectly even though I have no young kids any longer and admittedly don’t love when babies scream in church. Thanks be to God for good Catholic families who bring their babies to mass. I wish I had.

@WAWomanRising @RealCandaceO Hey Candace. Tell your two year old: when I said go max I wasn’t referencing communion. Lol. Bless his lil heart

@WAWomanRising @RealCandaceO Imagine thinking it's your job to scold people online about how they go to church or raise their children. You either don't have children or they refuse to have a relationship with you.
English

@WAWomanRising @RealCandaceO TRAUMATIZE???😭😭😭😭😭 I’m so weak you people are completely insane
English

@WAWomanRising @RealCandaceO Clearly you don't understand Catholicism. This is standard. I was raised in the church. This is where I learned to be quiet, sit still, and where I learned to worship intentionally at a very young age.
