@Cnote203 @mintycel The problem right now is NDP isn’t viable. They had a golden opportunity to jump in and take the lead, but they’ve just been acting like Orange Liberals, but doing even less. I want to vote NDP, but the party needs to change and become what it was meant to be first.

I get you, but actually I disagree. I think the NDP should always be a strong, capable 3rd party. It serves as an anchor to Canadian sensibilities and forces the libs to stay in the center left. Without an NDP counter balance, the libs would shift right, as the cons lose their mind with conservative dogma. I want to see NDP at that 30-35 seat range, liberal minority, requiring NDP coalition. That's the ideal governmental structure imo.

The thing is, I didn't want a liberal government, ever since I could vote, all I've wanted is an NDP government. But I wanted a Pierre Polievre government even less
