Anyhow the good news from Nine Elms development is that with loads of the promised 20,000 new homes now built hence prices have plummeted in line with the iron laws of the free market. Infoshop now owns a few penthouses there from today! Brilliant stuff 😝

@lambethshambles Lambeth haven’t built one single council home in 5 years, but are threatening 6 estates with demolition for over a decade and have been systematically emptying some of them - at least 90 council homes on Central Hill estate alone boarded up
