Now I'm dealing with @RentCafecom and @WCSmithDC, I applied on July 5th to the ArcherPark apt 237,plus I called for the status of my application on July 8th,as of today no reply from the Archer Park Apts. Are they just collecting application fees and not doing credit checks???

@MayorBowser I'm a #Veteran new to the DMV area. I received a Housing Voucher from @WashDCHousing and I've been upfront with all 3 of my Hud-Vash counselors and ask the right questions but no one had the right answer. I lost over $300 in Application fees and $250 in a hold fee...
