Unfortunately our primary analytical tool, UPLC-QToF, is currently undergoing repair work. This is unplanned downtime for the system. We are working to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible.

@judithyates1 10 samples profiled as containing xylazine in May 2024. 1 purchased as codeine, where xylazine was found in isolation. 9 purchased as heroin, where xylazine was found in combination with other substances, including 3 occasions where metonitazene was also present.

Two examples of nitazenes in recent UK samples sent to @WEDINOSProject: A pill bought as "Xanax" contains only Protonitazene (much stronger than fentanyl). A powder, bought as "heroin", contains Xylazine and Metonitazene to eke out the small amount of heroin. Both very dangerous

@CardiffSoul WEDINOS only accepts samples of IPEDs submitted by Public Health Wales approved sentinel providers. This has been the case since 2014.

@WEDINOSProject I see you're testing IPED's again. Didn't realise this as it states that you don't / won't test for them.

01/02/2024: New results have been added to the website. N.B the date displayed on the website highlights when a sample was received at the lab, not the date of publication. **When submitting samples to WEDINOS please complete as much of the sample and effects form as you can**

@WEDINOSProject I sent a sample but the form was the wrong color since the printer was almost out of ink. Will this affect my results?

@WEDINOSProject Wedinos about four months ago I sent in loads of different drugs to be tested you never published anything about the MDMA pills or the coke you tested the ket and the codeine you must keep all the stimulants for your selfs or something they all came together paper work all done
