The County of Hudson has created a rental assistance program to assist those who have fallen behind on rent as a result of COVID-19. The program will be open from 8am August 24th, 2020 through 5pm Sepmteber 2nd, 2020. Additional details will be posted on cares.hcnj.us

The Small Landlord Emergency Grant Program will reimburse small residential rental property owners for lost rent revenue due to COVID-19 between April and July 2020, as long as they agree to forgive outstanding back rent and late fees that their tenant accrued during this time.
