If you decided not to travel/use the ticket at all, then you can use wmr.uk/refunds-exchan… to find the various ways to claim a full refund from us

@WestMidRailway I see…thanks for coming back to me. I suppose it’s lucky that there isn’t a contagious disease going around then. Would be dangerous if 2 loads of train passengers were forced on to 1 train wouldn’t it. Phew 😰 #lucky #COVID19 @andy4wm @GrumpNow @midlads

@WFailway Thank you. The 15:54 has terminated at BSW/Snow Hill due to traincrew availability. And 16:06's current 9-10 minutes delay is because it's made additional stops

@WestMidRailway 15:54 cancelled (again) 16:06 delayed (again) what’s today’s reason ?

@WestMidRailway Additional note, so now everyone from the cancelled train will now be packed on to one train along with the usual people for late train. Seems a great idea 👍🏼
