@no_one_quits If this video is real X won't let it stay up
English

This video is a masterpiece.
An older black showing a younger black how to rack a weapon and hands it to him.
The older black is so surprised that the fully loaded gun is now being pointed at him and starts to realize that he may have made a mistake.
The younger black whose mind is filled with images from rap videos acts out the images he’s seen and kills the older black.
All with the videographer and the dude in the front seat oblivious to what’s going on around them.
It’s perfect.

@Alekillo10 @realwigga9 @dustoff2329 @onehandpolitics I mean I lived there. It’s just my experience sure, but it’s a notable culture that a large portion have this thought, so note it however you like.
English

@realwigga9 @WGriesman @dustoff2329 @onehandpolitics And that’s my whole argument. “Some won” thank you for conceding and making a mountain out of a molehill😅
English

@dustoff2329 @onehandpolitics Yes, I have a close friend from Hiroshima. It’s interesting how they have a “No, it’s ok we deserved it” demeanor about it. Not what I expected.
English

@onehandpolitics I've visited Hiroshima. I saw a group of school children on tour there and they were teaching them that this was the price they paid for crimes committed during the war and allying with Facists. They have a very introspective view on it. That said this lady has to be pissed off.
English

@OmegaEmpire210 @leamoa_g @Lindaburke2497 @MessiFCWorld I was there. 60% of the fans had Messi jerseys on. I saw many people wearing messi jerseys and cheering for Charlotte. People just like Messi
English

🚨 Today 80% of the tickets for the 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐢 vs 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞 match were sold because fans expected 𝐋𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢 to play.😳
But when supporters arrived at the stadium, they found out that 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢 would not play today, which left many of them surprised.
Also, 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐢 kept this information private, so no one knew before the match started that 𝐋𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢 would not be playing. 🥲

English

@MessiFCWorld Took my son. Yea it was a let down when it was reported, but I also get it. If you’re going to rest him a game so you don’t lose him for a month, probably the best game given the schedule.
We knew it was a gamble when we got the tickets.
English

@DexxterUtd The way three dudes just passed it back and forth for ten years 😂
English

@412Suburbanite @macbookshawdy I thought the same thing before I started doing it.
English

@WGriesman @macbookshawdy Sounds like a fake job.
English

@beef_oak @macbookshawdy Depends on the type. Look at the open SA jobs and see what certs their current SA’s have on LinkedIn. Full transparency, many just require expertise and no certs.
English

@macbookshawdy what resources did you use to get your certs? im trying to get into solutions architecture
English

@DumiRIGHT @macbookshawdy Most large companies have “salary bands” that HR has approved for a role. If it’s $160k-$180k, you can ask for $116k, but you’ll get $160k. They get to make you very happy with the higher wage, and their negotiation to the low end of the band is super easy. Everyone wins
English

@macbookshawdy Good thing he didnt reply and say, "You're a tough negotiator, but we accept your offer. $116K it is."
English

@macbookshawdy Ours. It was our software and I was unaware that we were a software company rather than consulting. It’s still a popular joke in my org, but it never stopped them from promoting me multiple times 🤣
English

@macbookshawdy Senior Solution Architect here that went to my current software company over a decade ago straight from the Marines. No background in software or consulting. After getting hired and showing up to the annual conference I ask my manager, “what software do they keep talking about?”
English

@ZilkyJohnzon @VSuavEsq @infantrydort Exactly right. And at 45. My shoulder gives me issues at 37 trying to increase my max.
English

@VSuavEsq @infantrydort Most guys who lift will probably never bench 225.
And if you don’t have serious dedication and/or good genes / right body (and/or hop on gear), you’re probably gonna hit pretty hard plateau between 250 and 300.
English

@VSuavEsq @infantrydort Definitely takes genetics into account. 225 is my max at 175lbs. Gotta add his age as a factor too. At 37, I start getting shoulder issues trying to increase my max. He’s 45 throwing up 315.
English

@infantrydort 315 is baller territory for most men.
Most guys can get to 225 no problem with LP, but building up to 315 on the bench takes some programming and dedication.
It’s not unbelievable, but it deserves respect.
English

@infantrydort I’m average height and weight for a man (5’9”, 175). Former Marine. I lift weights and am in good shape. 225 is my max at 37yo.
I agree men are way too weak, but 315lbs at 45 is remarkable even though he’s above average size.
English

@THR Imagine being a child actor growing up being famous for a fake world and then being asked to give a lose lose point of view on a global issue you have no idea about, or relevance in.
English

Rupert Grint is asked about previously speaking out on J.K. Rowling’s anti-trans stance and whether he has considered commenting “on the rise of fascism in Great Britain.”
“Obviously I’m against it,” said the Harry Potter star at the Berlin Film Festival. “I choose my moments to speak… You’ll hear from me.”
English

@Vern_Funquist I actually think that first drive is an excellent preview of what this team could be consistently with Briles. High-tempo, RPOs, explosive plays, stretch the field, type of scheme. We've seen the players are capable of it, just need an OC that can call it.
English

It’s never good when the highlight of the year is the opening drive of the season
BUT MY GOD what a time to be alive
The thoughts I had about that team haha

16 is still like that 🔥
