NEW: The Trump Administration is revoking the 2009 Obama-era "Endangerment Finding" — the basis that Radical Left activists used to justify over $1.3T in crushing regulations on American families and businesses. This is the single largest deregulatory action in U.S. history.

This bill: — Officially ends all taxpayer subsidies for radical, woke programming on NPR and PBS. — Slashes ~$10B in wasteful foreign aid spending. — Continues the closure of the wasteful USAID program, instead creating a new America First opportunity fund. — Cuts funding to abusive, weaponized IRS programs. — Builds on the Republican rescissions package passed last summer. — Fully funds our military, including a well-deserved pay raise for all American service members. — Makes historic investments in American shipbuilding. — Continues funding deportation flights. — Continues the historically successful efforts to reduce crime in our nation's capital.

What the Democrats are doing on the government shutdown is genuinely unprecedented, and while the administration has shielded the American people from the worst of the consequences, all of this is coming, and soon: An aviation emergency that will lead to significant travel delays for all Americans. Food stamp and other assistance programs running out for needy Americans. Great strains on our military and national security. The shutdown has now passed from farce into tragedy, and the consequences of this national emergency fall on every senator and congressman who refuses to open the government.

The Democrat shutdown has drained the Army Corps of Engineers' ability to manage billions of dollars in projects. The Corps will be immediately pausing over $11 billion in lower-priority projects & considering them for cancellation, including projects in New York, San Francisco, Boston, and Baltimore.
