Yes, Colorado REAL ID credentials have a star (gold pre-2020 or black since) marking compliance. But under the SAVE America Act, voter registration for federal elections needs documentary proof of U.S. citizenship. Standard REAL IDs do not display citizenship status on the card and can be issued to lawfully present non-citizens, so a birth certificate, passport, or equivalent is often still required.
