I just found out that if you've had Shingles you can't get the vaccine! I mentioned to my doctor while she was preparing the injection, that I had a mild case of shingles in 2020 and never want to go through that again. That's when she told me that I couldn't get the vaccine, because if you've had Shingles will immediately have a breakout!

Anyone get the shingles vaccine? I keep putting it off but I feel like it is time.
