When I went to Harbor Freight last weekend for the flashlight sale I got these 3 rechargable lights. 2 are great. 1 was trash. Everyone is talking about the Braun pistol light so I wanted to see what their other lights were like. The 700 lumen one is a no joke rechargable light that will light up a room, or your yard, like daytime. The battery lasts 3 hours on super bright mode. And about 6 on dim. And the dim setting is decent enough for walking the dog at night or finding the circuit breaker panel. This is NOT a good tactical light because it has a glow in the dark element in the lens. Perfect for when the power goes out and you want to find this light on your dresser in the dark. Not so great if you are hiding in the shadows in the woods from someone with night vision. So only consider this for normal home use. The 450 lumen pen light is a winner, too. Obviously it's not daylight bright but for a pen light when you need to get into small spaces or just have on you it gets the job done. It will illuminate a room enough that you can walk through it without bumping into stuff. And up close to the target it gives plenty of brightness to see what you need. The 900 lumen flexible head light was complete garbage. Avoid that one. I returned it the next day. It wasn't worth keeping for the $12 sale price I paid. First off, 900 lumens my foot. Second, the light has no direction. It just floods the room with a tiny amount of light. You'd be better off just lighting a match. This is absolutely NOT a paid partnership. I went to the store and bought this myself and neither Harbor Freight nor Braun care about my opinions.
