It takes a lot of training, preparation, and commitment by the lifter and their coaches. Very cool for them to recognize and acknowledge this.

Second round is set. #18 Comeaux vs #2 WM Game 1- Friday 6:00pm Game 2- Saturday 12:00pm Game 3- Saturday 3:00pm (if necessary) All games on the campus of WMHS at Shelby Aulds Field.

Strength isn’t built in a day or even a few weeks. It won’t leave you just as quickly either. Take comfort in knowing your hard work won’t be lost if you can’t lift heavy for a short time. Having an optimistic perspective is 🔑 until the storm is over.

What an outstanding meet yesterday by the WMPL J.V. Team at the Darbonne Woods HS Invite! The team placed 2nd only to the Ruston Varsity team! Every member of the team set PR’s and most improved their totals by 100 pounds or more! The future looks bright!
