Every morning I have a shake, here’s what I put in it: Creatine (15 grams) Whey Protein (40 grams) Lactoferrin (1 gram) Collagen Colostrum Vitamin C (Pur-C, 4 grams) Psyllium Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat Flour L-Glutamine Stevia Coconut Milk Berry mix (frozen) Perfect start to my morning that gets a good amount of protein, boosts my immune system, lowers inflammation, heals the gut, provides some anti-aging benefits and optimizes my brain. Everything not listed is taken in a supplement, medication or peptide form. Use this to create a similar one for you.

Hi. Huge fan and a follower of @FTN Question: in your Gameplan Draft strategy, you promote a Hero RB strategy (1 RB and 1 WR first two rounds), but what happens when all decent RBs are taken in the first round and you have a choice - for example at 1.11 position, of puka and Nico Collins? Do you forgo Nico and take 3rd tier RB Taylor? Or take the best WRs off the board and wait for lesser RBs. Also, per your strategy, you suggest taking a TE 7th-8th rd, and a QB at 10Th. Seems like in all the drafts I’m doing, any good TE or QB is definitely gone by the 9th at best. Would love your thoughts! Thank you. 12 team .5 PPR

TE is the easiest position to draft in fantasy this year. Decide if you want a Travis Kelce caliber or just be patient. Brock Bowers the top priority. But Trey McBride, or George Kittle a few rounds later will pay off well too. Being patient is my preferred approach with Engram and Warren both to see massive volume. We know Loveland with Ben Johnson, Ferguson with Dak and Ertz with JD5 will eat too.

Most fantasy football players make the same 5 mistakes every year. I built a free 5-day email course to help you avoid them. It’s available now - but not sure how long I'll keep this free. Reply “Yes” and I’ll DM it to you 📥

@SmolaDS Hey Jared! Sorry, my last question, but your recommendations and the @DraftSharks mock draft got me to the final! Any start/sit recommendations? And Bryce Young and Jaren Hall are on the wire if you think Tua will suck. Thank you!!!

🦄🎊🎂 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗪𝗜𝗡 𝗔 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 IN FANTASY FOOTBALL [𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗] 👀👀👀 𝙩𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙨: - five major takeaways for WK15 - ROS rankings - league winners & high-upside adds 𝗙𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗝𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗬𝗦: 1.) Rashee Rice is KCs #1 option 🍚 - the Travis Kelce decline is here folks - RR has been dominate since WK12: averaging 9.5 targets, 8 receptions & 83 receiving yards over that span - 93% route participation in WK15 (season-high) - 14.4+ FPTS/G over his last four games - Rice’s remaining schedule is a cakewalk 2.) James Cook is on fire 🔥🔥 - Joe Brady has completely unlocked the talented second year back - since Brady took over in WK11: Cook has scored 96.4 fantasy points (24.1 FPTS/G) - 100 total yards or a TD in five straight games - Cook will continue to assert his dominance 3.) Jahmyr Gibbs is a top 5 NFL RB - Gibbs is S P E C I A L 😈 - he’s looking like the best RB in his draft class - WKs 7-15: JG is RB3 (164.9 FPTS) // (20.6 FPTS/G) - five top 10 weekly finishes - Gibbs will continue to be an elite RB1 even with MIN & DAL on tap 4.) Chandler saw a season-high 15 touches with Mattison leaving. Chandler is an efficient, fast and explosive RB... We saw this in Week 11 when he totaled 110 yards on just 14 touches. This week he faces the Bengals who allow the 7th most production to RBs...
