When you cant pay, the hospital has to get funded somehow, so the states pay the hospital, while the unpaid bill goes to collections, in the hopes it gets paid to refund the state. Ergo, theres a record

Finished Mega Man Star Force 1 today. (Going for 100% still). The story, characters, pacing and map design is very good. Better than a lot of Battle Network truthfully. Combat is just so much worse than BN tho fr. Mindlessly easy. I recall the sequels improving this though.

@FrostedCaribou Not saying you should assume someone is cheating, but if player X says online theyre using POR pads, or tells someone else they should, if they catch a deck check at the regional cause a judge saw the post, that is a fair assumption for the judge to make, and action to take.

@FrostedCaribou Yes and no. There is already precedent that a player's behavior outside the game can catch them bans/suspensions from events. This would then fall under that as well, unless there is clear "this is a joke" context. Gotta apply the rules evenly across the board, or why have them?

Guys please do not bork your run at houston by playing non ASC pokepads. Its a competitive event for money, if you think someone wouldn't take a free win because you couldn't spend a couple extra bucks on the correct card then you trolling. I would 100% call a judge on my opponent on a win n in if they played a card that was explicitly not allowed.
