Your reminder that if West Ham are relegated today, then next season will be the first season in the entire 138-year history of the English top flight without a team beginning with the letter W.

@trivet1806 @Gunner4life81 Well that’s just wrong. It was fans who campaigned for the club to use it, and they listened.

@Gunner4life81 The fans didn't start singing it organically. It was deliberately introduced by the club to be an anthem. Hence it's a manufactured phenomenon. Nothing wrong with that, but let's not pretend it's something it's not.

For quite a while I disliked 'North London Forever' because it was obviously manufactured and deeply cringe, but the extent to which it angers Tottenham fans has made me appreciate its value. Another piece of Arteta genius.

@nqatpod What can be more organic than a song written by a local fan, about the local area, that fans started recording during gigs to launch a fan-led campaign convincing the club to give it a go?

Supposed to be an anthem, create an atmosphere but north London forever is utterly contrived and plastic. Surely Arsenal, a club with 140 years of history, has something more organic than that

Newcastle United have described stories claiming Arsenal have made a late attempt to sign midfielder Sandro Tonali as “stupid” and “complete rubbish.” But other than that, it’s a good story. #nufc

@SkySportsPL The only bit of that which matters is "Man U will consider bids for Kobbie Mainoo". The rest is just window dressing.

The European Union is the single greatest threat to Australia, bigger than any other external threat combined. It’s the globalist blueprint for the entire planet, weaken sovereign nation states and subordinate them to an unaccountable bureaucracy where the freedom to self determine is lost forever. The EU is the realisation of what tyrants have dreamed of since the beginning of time, a unified, centrally controlled Europe where once free nations are brought to heel under the boot of a distant authority. And they seek to replicate it globally through the United Nations. The European Union must be disbanded. It represents the death of sovereignty, and its ideas must never be allowed to spread. People must rediscover a love of freedom and individualism once more.

@Bajones06427851 @KirstieMAllsopp @Keir_Starmer If your business is not able to function without paying exploitative wages, then it is no more a viable business than if it couldn’t afford any of the other costs you list.

@WTuckfieldPR @KirstieMAllsopp @Keir_Starmer I presume you don’t have your own business, staff wages are not the only expense, energy, insurance, rates, transport, internet and all of these things are going up in price and then you have to pay an unqualified 18 yr old £10 an hour which is taxed. Tax thresholds need to rise

For too long, success has been measured by whether you go to university or not. That needs to change. Apprenticeships should have the same respect and opportunity. We're delivering 50,000 more apprenticeships over the next three years.

@irishkazza @csanders578 @KirstieMAllsopp @Keir_Starmer Paying an adult less than £10 an hour is absolutely exploitation. Which is why it’s banned. No one is saying they should earn as much as someone in the peak of a successful career, unless you think those people should be on £10 an hour too.

@WTuckfieldPR @csanders578 @KirstieMAllsopp @Keir_Starmer If someone said to you tomorrow right your bills are now an extra 250 a month would you be happy, I very much doubt it , you'd have to adjust your spending accordingly. Your missing the point, businesses don't have unlimited funds despite what Labour think !

@WTuckfieldPR @irishkazza @KirstieMAllsopp @Keir_Starmer You miss the point. Businesses can’t suddenly find a load more money to employ these people. Especially when government policy has destroyed consumer confidence and reduced discretionary spending.

@squid1251 @Haitch7 @KirstieMAllsopp @Keir_Starmer I'm in my 40s and have been working since I was 19. Thinking working people shouldn't be exploited does not mean they shouldn't work. People who can work and have the opportunity should work, and they should be suitably paid for their time and effort.

He is 17 and on minimum wage. I was using the £10 as that was what was being mentioned. The point is it’s people with that attitude that’s what is wrong with the country today. You are calling it exploiting young people but it’s a two way system. Those youngsters are gaining, experience, confidence, work ethic and life skills. These smaller paid jobs lead to better paid jobs. The problem with people with your attitude is if you can’t bother your arse to go out and start from the bottom experience the lower paid jobs you will never get the drive and work ethic to do better. That’s why the country is on its knees with welfare. People want everything handed to them.

@squid1251 @Haitch7 @KirstieMAllsopp @Keir_Starmer Well no, because 16-17 year olds have a minimum wage of £7.55, which will rise to £8. It is £10 (rising to £10.85) for 18-20 year olds. If your son's workplace is paying him £2.45 an hour more than they "have to", then no wonder he is feeling positive about his experience.

Wow, we are talking about 16 and 17 year olds when it comes to apprenticeships. My son has just got one and £10 an hour is amazing for him. He runs his car no problem gets to go out with his mates at the weekend, and still save some money. It’s teaching him independence, getting out of bed every morning, growing his confidence, learning new skills, engaging with other people. He comes home with a beaming smile everyday having learnt a new skills. It also teaches them to work hard and learn to earn more money. Your attitude is the money is not worth bothering my arse to get out of bed for. That’s the exact reason welfare is out of control.
