How about we just let the populations normalize at whatever number they see fit without interfering. Why are we so insistent on intervening when a population is reaching its new homeostatic norm in a modern environment? For example, we don't need to flood the West with White-erasing immigration for fear of not having a sufficient number of people to maintain the national GDP. We need to halt immigration and allow the White populations to normalize their numbers how they see fit.
