@ww_us @enby4profit I was trying to toggle them off as you suggested. I don’t want to have to tap on each food item in each meal then add up the points per meal. We used to be able to see points per meal. How can we do that now? Thanks.

@ww_us your customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I am on hold for over 2 hours and have idea how much longer it will take.

@alittlemole @enby4profit If you have any Health Condition or All In mode turned on, swipe left to see Points used and left. Tap Food Log, then tap on the specific food you want to see the Points on. Send us a DM if you need further assistance.

@ww_us @enby4profit I can’t see how to do this on settings. Please can you give us the steps needed? It’s hugely frustrating that I can’t see points per meal.

@ww_us so I sent my medical records into WW to get them to cancel my membership. B/C I’m 5 months pregnant but they won’t refund me? Why kind of women empowerment is that? #weightwatchers

@ww_us is a joke. I thought I cancelled then charged again this month and when I call to cancel by phone I get sorry but you can use until the end of the month.

@ww_us Did that already. I even switched to all in then back which didn’t work. Logged off and back on, offloaded the app and put it back and deleted and reinstalled. Nothing works.

@caroline_mael Please click on the gear in the top right corner of your WW app and then on Modes to make sure the All In mode is toggled off, and send us a PM if you need further help!

@ww_us The new update has decided that I am in All In mode when I am in Lose. All foods, recipes and scans show protein and fruit/veg values instead of points. Prefer to see points without having to open the food. Can this please be fixed!

@ww_us How do I contact someone at WW who will listen? My care coordinator is making medical determinations that are negatively effecting my health. My insurance company disagrees with her and Is requesting that my prior authorization request be expedited. However she is refusing.
