For the second day in a row, Colorado Springs tied the March record high and Pueblo broke the March record. Both daily records were toast by the early afternoon.

Brush Hollow State Wildlife Area near Penrose in Fremont County, is closed to motorized boats as firefighting helicopters draw water in support of efforts against the Highway 115 fire. The area remains open to hand-launched boats and recreation. The boat ramp is closed.
