Here's the math: A single person earning $70,000/yr takes home ~$4,500/mo after tax. A realistic budget: -$1,200/mo: Rent -$400/mo: Food - $330/mo: Transportation - $280/mo Utilities/phone - $500/mo: Fun ...Living within their means lets them invest ~$1,600/mo.

Do not take any financial advice from this person.

We did it! After 7 months in a row of colder than normal temps, we saw above normal temps in March. The month was extremely warm, finishing at +5.8F above the norm. The maximum temperature peaked at 89F on 5 different days. Dryness continued, running a 5" deficit YTD. #chswx

@GuardsFan93 They’re not going to, but my point is there’s no reason to prolong the inevitable. No one believes that Diebler is the guy long term. Why are we dragging it out? That’s the only point. But, you’re right, they aren’t firing him.

@WX_Eric2018 If they totally flop next year and don’t make the tournament, I’ll agree with you. But he improved greatly from last season, now let’s build upon it for next year.

@GuardsFan93 Diebler was Holtmann’s assistant, and the coaching had mirrored Holtmann’s. This wasn’t some guy they brought in from the outside into a bad situation. It was a terrible hire from the start. No need to prolong that bad choice imo.

@WX_Eric2018 Have to remember Holtmann left the program in a horrible spot. Diebler deserves more than 2 years to turn it around. Making the NCAA is a step in the right direction.

@GuardsFan93 He definitely will but he shouldn’t. They beat one good team all year. OSU doesn’t have high standards for its basketball program. That’s the unfortunate reality.

@WX_Eric2018 They looked dead to rights at mid season and they rallied to be a lock for the NCAA tournament. He gets credit for that. A long way to go, but I’m going to give him a chance to build upon it next year. And I’m sure Ross Bjork will too.

Brutal. Helluva fight in the 2nd half clawing back into it. First half was obviously costly. Now... The commitment to taking a step must be the next thing. Administration take notice. Pour in the resources to the roster. Let this be what wakes us up.
