@TMobile after upgrading your account to what was supposed to be better and only $108 per month turn into $1,000 a month and since April been trying to get a resolution to no avail. Customer service has died in this company and lied over and over, not even trying to help.

I have been trying to call and speak to an account supervisor and every time I get transferred to a so-called supervisor it goes blank and hangs up after 10 minutes over and over. T-Mobile is up to something shady with my account and I am going to post every transcript of calls.

Every time we call them and ask to speak to a supervisor after being on hold for 25 minutes the phone goes blank and hangs up this is the fourth time today.

After upgrading our account that T-Mobile said would be cheaper each month and $108 a month turn into $1,000 a month and since April we have been trying to get a resolution with Tmobile calling us back each month saying it's resolved but every month our bill is still $1,000.
