@Wickes the worst company I have dealt with in my lifetime. Won’t accept responsibility for a product that was faulty on delivery and have no intention of replacing the faulty item. This has gone on for over 12 months and I am utterly disgusted 🤬

@Wickes It was a sink that was scratched before being unwrapped. The installers agreed, we just want it replaced with a ceramic sink please. We have been very patient and spent a lot of money on this kitchen only to be let down by this faulty sink

@OVOEnergy asked me why I left them last month? They then underlined the reason by taking money from my account after I had left. Emailed 3 times for a rebate and no response. Embarrassing

@Wickes Kitchen fitted last August, sink was faulty - scratched before installation. Need it replaced with a ceramic one. Have raised this every couple of weeks since installed, no response.
