@ericasin Hi Erica, Thank you providing the email id. You emailed us September 2nd and were responded to on Tuesday saying the package was delivered. Your item, as per UPS, was delivered on Tuesday at 3:46pm. If you haven’t received it we will start an investigation with UPS.
