The case has been fully briefed since March, 2022. These fired workers have now been waiting over a year for @NLRB @NLRBMcFerran to issue a decision. It's been almost three years since the workers were fired in 2020.

The workers were constructively discharged around June 5, 2020. Briefing in the appeal to the NLRB was completed on May 31, 2022. Workers have been waiting for almost a year for a decision.
