For everyone worried about corn yields in SD/MN on the #pftour24 , they probably toured the worst areas relative to trend line in those states because of excessive rain. My few contacts in other regions expect an excellent crop relative to trend.

@Miller_time150 20 miles apart. Difference between failure and above APH which I’ll have some of both. In places the drought is no joke and other places are just fine. By and large though Iowa will have a good final corn number but no record for sure.
IF we’re suppose to have 175/bu #corn crop where are the 250+ (heck even 200+) type yield pics on the #pftour22? Maybe it’s out there but not being shown on Twitter. Just not seeing a lot of what I’d call “excellent” yield data so far…
#CropWatch22#corn in southern Minnesota Saturday evening. Strong population. Ears still have a ways to go until maturity, though there is excellent potential here and the producer is very happy.
Champaign County Field of Dreams update. 2 inches of rain a week ago saved this crop. Won’t be a bin buster but a lot better than where it was headed. Some ear tipback. These are 16 around by about 30. High pop. What will that make #agtwitter?
