@waitrose is there some reason why i am not getting weekly vouchers in my app like i did before Christmas? For some reason i’m either getting nothing every Wednesday (when it refreshes) or a v.few for obscure products i’ve never bought… 🤷🏼‍♂️

@waitrose can you instruct staff at your Bury St Eunds branch on correct use of the red cord in the accessible toilet please? It should be hanging freely to floor level, not tied up to the grab rail. If someone fell they could not call for help if it is not hanging freely.

@NoContextBrits @paullewismoney I’d always choose @Tesco over @waitrose. The latter couldn’t even be bothered to reply to my complaint when one expensive item was double scanned in my shopping.

@SimonGray20 @waitrose Mine have gone down from 4 to 3. One of those is something that's been out of stock last 2 visits, and I didn't get the credit for a similar item as I should have done last 2 times this happened.

@waitrose Hey guys. The delivery driver forgot a box, but I can’t see a refund for all of the missing items. It’s frustrating that I now have to go through the order item by item just to claim refunds for things that weren’t delivered. Not happy with this at all.
