Excited to share that I was awarded the NIH F31 fellowship for my project entitled, "The Impact of Early and Later-life Stress on Later-life Cognition and Plasma Biomarkers of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias." Grateful to my mentor, Dr. Michelle Mielke, for her support!

Dr. Miranda Orr at @WakeADC led a national phase 1 study (tinyurl.com/bdeynh2a) to target senescent “zombie” cells, in work published in Nature Medicine (nature.com/articles/s4159…). Her pioneering research focuses on how changes that occur with aging influence AD risk! Congrats!
