@StaesDavid Not having an AG is not a good sign for rescheduling. You need someone in that space to sign and approve the paperwork. New AG will start from scratch. Nothing in government gets done quickly. Year plus out now.

The final rule will have language for ALL cannabinoids, CBD, THC, CBC, CBN, etc. So the pilot program and cannabis as a whole should be legally covered.

A good game of chess would be the feds forcing SAM to file the lawsuits against CBD program, knowing they would claim lack of DD and process (fed register, comments, etc) and then shortly after, file the S3 rule, regulating cannabis as 1 plant, hemp + marijuana both happy. $MSOS
