In a dramatic Truth Social post, Donald Trump boasted that a U.S. Navy destroyer intercepted a massive Iranian-flagged cargo ship named TOUSKA in the Gulf of Oman, gave the crew a warning to stop, and then “blew a hole in the engine room” when they refused. He claims the ship is now in U.S. custody and under control of the Marines. This would be a direct military strike on an Iranian vessel during an alleged ceasefire – an extremely serious and dangerous escalation. Trump described the nearly 900-foot-long ship as trying to run the U.S. naval blockade. He also noted the vessel was already under Treasury sanctions for prior illegal activity. There has been no independent confirmation of Trump’s claims so far from the Pentagon, U.S. Central Command, or any other official source as yet. @OccupyDemocrats Just in, a blockade told a boat for 6 hrs straight not to cross the blockade. Then while looking at multiple military war vessels, it crossed the blockade. Then and only then did it get fired upon and siezed.

Donald Trump just lost his war and conceded defeat to Iran. When he committed America's military to war with Iran with no plan, no objective, and no Congressional approval, the Strait of Hormuz was free and open. Trump's war gave Iran more power than they've ever had. He's conceding to them on every level, and for good reason. He lost. America lost. America lost because of Donald J. Trump and his blunder. Nothing forced America into Trump's war with Iran. NOTHING. Now, the Iranians are deciding when the Strait of Hormuz is open and how much their toll booth gets to charge on one of the world's most important waterways. The entire disastrous blunder did nothing but prove that even with the world's largest military, if you put morons in charge (Hegseth) and make bad decisions about when to fight, then you will lose. America's entire military doctrine used to be based on DETERRENCE and who is deterred now? Certainly not the Iranians. If I were them, I'd be doing everything to be more like North Korea, with Kim Jong Un's help. Because clearly, having nuclear weapons and delivery systems deters attacks and attempts at regime change. Donald Trump has OBLITTERATED generations worth of American soft power and diplomatic capital in just 15 months in office, and what do we have to show for it? High gas prices. High import taxes.
