HRH on a passport is more than HRH on the passport. It is about protecting the institution itself and Princess Anne is determined not to allow the abuse of it. The question is not if the titles will escallate, but how far are both sides prepared to go. It is not about titles, its about power, authority, money and global significance. Although Australia was said to be private, there is a leakage of expectations given to HRH status and Australia do not feel able to say no. even without the kings blessing.

I think Australia may have bowed to pressure and said they can't provide security, so they have come up with doing it through the kids. Right now, they are not HRH in their passports in the sense they need it, but BP and KP have both said no, there is no way the palaces will allow it

A quiet legal request has become extremely loud. MM and H are now locked in a legal battle to define what it means to be royal. It started with 2 unusual passports, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor and Lillibet Mountbatten-Windsor setting off alarm bells in BP. The HRH title, not just legally, but globally and symbolically too. MM and H are placing for a fight. HRH opens doors and allows international protections and the fight has already started to attract discussion and legal wrangling. The palace are readying themselves, seeing this request as an opportunity to try and create self importance over legal reasoning, especially with Australia looming. Yeah, that's right. The palace were suddenly alarmed getting this request for Australia. I think the Aussie govt. must have said no to them as VIP and IPP status, but H will be livid, it shows there is a fracture with his dad, because his dad and William were both against giving them HRH titkes

The palace has not just responded, it has redefined the rules entirely, closing the door that leaves no room for interpretation. The reason behind it, was not emotional or reactive it was legal and almost impossible to challenge, unless you want to be in litigation indefinitely, which the palace can do. The one key principle is the passport is not just a document but a "state issued certification and to include a title like HRH, the individual must actively protect that state in an official capacity" and since the kids do not perform royal duties, the govt will not formally recognise them under that designation for international travel, so MM legal team collapsed because it shifted the discussion away from entitlement and into strict legal definition. MM must now look for some other way to be important

She agreed not to use it, but it was not on her passport. It was about H and MM suddenly told them they would like HRH on their kids passports and expected the palace to do it, but the palace refused telling them their kids will not have HRH. Had the palace said yes. it would have qualified them for armed guards, no border issues and a free pass everywhere. MM lawyers who requested it realised the palace and the heir were prepared to fight this for as long as they want, but they will not be given HRH

So, doctors at NYU Langone Medical Center removed Hoyos de Baldrich’s organs without her family’s knowledge or consent. Hoyos de Baldrich's family and friends said she was never a registered organ donor and opposed the practice on religious grounds. The family has filed a lawsuit, pointing out that vulnerable people are being victimized, and that the interests of Organ Procurement Organizations and hospitals should not supersede the rights of patients and families. “Being in New York City, you can easily leave your ID at home — you go for a quick run, you go to the store and God forbid something happens, an accident happens,” Hoyos de Baldrich’s niece, Stephanie Echeverria told Newsweek. “And you get taken to the hospital. The wider scheme also includes a new primary school, a health centre, enhanced transport links for buses, cycling, and walking, and renewable energy solutions.     Now when reporting on this success for William, The British press, of course focused on the opposition to report it negatively. There are oppositions to any construction projects on earth, however the benefits, providing affordable social housing, are seen as outweighing the cons, traffic, less green space, etc…💁🏽    Let me point out the targeted Hypocrisy of the British press: The Duchy of Cornwall has a history of developing housing projects, including Poundbury in Dorset and Nansledan in Cornwall. Those housing were built under KC and they were built FOR PROFIT. Yet, the press did it care about what the tenants were thinking, at the time. They were given no voice to complain. Because it was Charles building them🔥     Now that William is building a neihborhood FOR SOCIAL HOUSING, now the press wants to hear about opponents and criticise the move. Why? Because William is their target.    Following the approval, Sam Kirkness, executive director for development at the Duchy of Cornwall, said: "The Duchy of Cornwall has a fantastic track record of creating successful neighbourhoods that knit seamlessly into existing towns. We are using this experience to design a new neighbourhood for Faversham that would be among the most sustainable and environmentally friendly in the UK."    That is why William shutdown criticism and keeps his head down to continue to move successfully forward. The British press have a personal bone to pick with him and they will slant coverage, misreport or straight up lie to find a way to attack and tarnish this man, no matter the good he does snd the success he always reach.
