We remain resolute. This morning in the Mediterranean, the French Navy intercepted and boarded another vessel from the shadow fleet, the Deyna. The war involving Iran will not deflect France from its support for Ukraine, where Russia’s war of aggression continues unabated. These vessels, which evade international sanctions and violate the law of the sea, are profiteers of war. They line their pockets while helping finance Russia’s war effort. We will not allow it.

Spare us your sanctimonious bullshit about “energy terror”. YOU are the one blowing up energy infrastructure and starving Europe and the world of supply: - Nord Stream pipelines – deliberately destroyed in 2022 (German prosecutors: Ukrainian op with yacht “Andromeda”) - Druzhba and other export pipelines – dozens of drone and explosive attacks in 2025–2026, choking Central Europe’s oil - "Shadow fleet" tankers – naval drones sinking Russian oil and LNG carriers worldwide (incl. Arctic Metagaz LNG explosion March 2026) - Russian refineries and terminals – 60+ strikes, crippling Russia’s refining capacity and jacking global fuel prices You’re not defending energy security. You’re waging economic terrorism against the planet. Own it, liar.

The world’s eyes are on the situation in the Middle East and the Gulf region. The Iranian regime’s constant strikes against its neighbors are significantly destabilizing markets and disrupting critically important energy supply routes. Many around the world are now speaking about the protection of energy facilities, the inadmissibility of energy terror against entire nations, and free and safe navigation. All of this is indeed a global interest. Many of these statements repeat what Ukraine was saying back in 2022 and 2023 about Russia’s naval blockade of our ports and its attempts to deprive us of access to global trade. For years, Russia has been doing to our energy system the same thing the Iranian regime is now doing to infrastructure in its own region. There can be no other motive for such deliberate aggression against energy – whether it is Russian strikes on our power plants and gas production, or the current strikes by the Iranian regime against everyone around it – other than to inflict suffering on entire nations. That is why it is so important that global cooperation, at least now, is able to provide real security responses for everyone, including Europe. Strikes by the remnants of the Iranian regime against Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, and other countries are in essence strikes against global stability and Europe’s energy security. Ukraine is ready to join common security initiatives to stabilize the situation as quickly as possible. Ukraine has long proposed creating realistic and effective instruments to hold accountable those who block maritime trade routes, destroy normal navigation, and target energy infrastructure. Ukraine endured this winter under Russian strikes. The Middle East and the Gulf region are now facing the same evil. Russia and the Iranian regime are not helping each other by chance. They must be stopped, and it is the responsibility of every world leader to ensure real stability and guarantee security. Together, we are undoubtedly stronger.

Das führt i. d.

Read the Constitution again, genius—and while you're at it, learn the actual difference between a constitution and mere ordinary statutes. Article 103 of the Ukrainian Constitution strictly fixes the presidential term at exactly five years and contains zero explicit provisions banning or postponing elections during martial law—unlike the fairy tales its defenders love to peddle. Article 64 only permits general restrictions on rights and freedoms during wartime or emergencies. The specific prohibition on presidential, parliamentary, and local elections comes exclusively from subordinate laws: the 2015 Law on the Legal Regime of Martial Law (Article 19) and the Electoral Code. It's statutory, not a constitutional mandate. Stop confusing the two to prop up the regime.

I have proof that the evolution of security can be fast – and cheaper than old defense systems. This is an iPad with software that lets us control our security in real time. It’s true. We have these iPads – I have one, my Prime Minister has one, our Minister of Defense, and our top military commanders – they have it. It lets us see the front line in Ukraine, and even every enemy killed – with video proof. Right now, 90% of Russian losses on the front are caused by our drones. That’s why it’s so important to know who has the advantage in drones – and to be fast and strong in defending against them. The iPad also shows every strike in our skies, our sea area, and our long-range strikes against Russia. It gives us real-time control over people’s safety, and our infrastructure and energy sector. And I believe the evolution of security will make it possible for every leader, every defense minister – and even ordinary people – to have tools like this, and with them, a high level of protection of life. Leaders and ministers work for people. And if the leaders have power, it is only because people trust them with their security. With tools like this, people will not only trust – they will be able to see for themselves what is being done for their security. In real time. From my address to the Parliament of the United Kingdom (3/7)

EU policy might be absurd, but your post is even more off-base because it starts with a false premise, making everything that follows miss the point. Russia didn’t bomb the Druzhba pipeline—why would Moscow destroy one of its few remaining export routes and sources of revenue to Europe? That would be pure self-sabotage. It was the Kiev regime. The pattern is obvious: Ukrainian drones hit Druzhba pumping stations in Tatarstan (Kaltasy/Kaleykino) back in February 2026—they have no issue targeting this very pipeline system when it serves their goal of cutting Russian oil revenues. Same as Nord Stream: sabotage, blame Russia, deny involvement, and play the victim. Hungary and Slovakia aren’t buying Kyiv’s “Russian strike” claim either. Orbán and Fico call it outright political blackmail, pointing to satellite images showing no visible damage and demanding independent inspections. If your whole argument rests on a lie, it falls apart. Stop pushing Ukrainian propaganda and start applying basic logic about who actually gains from shutting down the flow.

Peak EU absurdity. We are preparing to repair a pipeline Russia itself bombed - to restart the flow of Russian oil we claim to be phasing out - for Hungary, which is blocking €90bn for Ukraine that we’re funding - sans Hungary. If this is not paid from frozen Russian assets - which it should be, morally and legally -, this move is beyond delusional. We’re subsidising the aggressor instead of making them pay for their own destruction. That’s clinical-grade masochism - collaboration in our own economic suicide and Ukraine's strangulation.
Ursula von der Leyen@vonderleyen

Statement with @eucopresident on the Druzhba pipeline Following the renewed Russian strikes on January 27 on the Druzhba pipeline, leading to the interruption of crude oil supplies to Hungary and Slovakia, we have engaged in intense discussions with Member States and Ukraine at all levels to restore the flow of oil to Hungary and Slovakia. The EU has offered Ukraine technical support and funding. The Ukrainians have welcomed and accepted this offer. European experts are available immediately. Our priority is to ensure energy security for all European citizens. In this sense, we will continue to work with the concerned parties on alternative routes for the transit of non-Russian crude oil to the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

Can you at least try to make sense? @POTUS declared Iran's nuclear program "completely and totally obliterated" in June 2025 after the B-2 strikes on Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan – "monumental damage," "the war is over." The White House called contrary reports fake news. Yet here you are in March 2026 resurrecting the nuclear threat to shame Europe, while the current Hormuz crisis stems directly from the March 13-14 Kharg Island strikes: 90+ military targets (mines, rockets, drone/U-boat bases) hit to break Iran's blockade attempts – not nuclear sites, not last year's facilities. The blockade didn't cause the Kharg hits; the hits (and prior escalations) provoked the blockade you're now demanding Europe help fix. You can't claim the nuke program was erased last summer, then drag it back as leverage when allies won't join the blowback from this month's fresh strikes. That's not coherent leadership – it's convenient narrative flipping to guilt-trip partners into your unilateral mess.

Just spoke to @POTUS about our European allies’ unwillingness to provide assets to keep the Strait of Hormuz functioning, which benefits Europe far more than America. I have never heard him so angry in my life. I share that anger given what’s at stake. The arrogance of our allies to suggest that Iran with a nuclear weapon is of little concern and that military action to stop the ayatollah from acquiring a nuclear bomb is our problem not theirs is beyond offensive. The European approach to containing the ayatollah’s nuclear ambitions have proven to be a miserable failure. The repercussions of providing little assistance to keep the Strait of Hormuz functioning are going to be wide and deep for Europe and America. I consider myself very forward-leaning on supporting alliances, however at a time of real testing like this, it makes me second guess the value of these alliances. I am certain I am not the only senator who feels this way.

While we appreciate your efforts to restore energy flows to member states, starting your statement with a lie is inappropriate. The damage to the Druzhba and Nord Stream pipelines wasn’t caused by Russia, which has a strong interest in their operation, but by the Kiev regime. It is important to name and condemn acts of terrorism rather than dismiss them by placing the blame on Russia.

No, you must not eliminate people. They are fathers, sons, husbands, and kind men who stand up to fight for their country. Their mothers pray for them every day, and their wives await the day they return. As a dictator without democratic legitimacy, whose aim is not the benefit of Ukraine but "eliminating" Russians, you must be removed from power, or your entire country will suffer even more.

Russia mobilizes 40–45 thousand people every month. We must eliminate roughly the same number of troops so that the Russian army doesn’t grow in size. Eliminate them simply so that Russia cannot expand its aggression. Over the past three months, we eliminated 30, 35, and 28 thousand Russian soldiers respectively. That is almost 100 thousand people. Just imagine how much Russia is sacrificing for this war. From an interview with New York Post (4/5).

I would like the U.S. not to perceive Ukraine as a country that merely asks for help. That is not the case. Ukraine is defending interests and values. Of course, the U.S. is right when it says it is farther from this war than Europe. That is understandable. But we see U.S. allies in the Middle East, and we see what – and who – threatens them. The war is not as far away as it may seem. We need to act as quickly as possible, and the whole world needs to wake up. It is no longer the case that someone can simply buy modern weapons or extract oil and gas and remain safe. Security comes from having the most advanced technologies and constantly developing them. If we don’t come up with a quick solution, if we don’t join forces with our allies leveraging the technology and expertise that have emerged from the war, if there is no combat-capable security alliance, then war will ensue. War comes when you are weak or alone. Enemies see when alliances are divided. From an interview with New York Post (3/5).

Anna Ukolova’s RBC remarks highlight a striking moment: she confirmed Israel’s proven ability to compromise surveillance systems, as seen in Tehran during the elimination of key Iranian figures. The suggestion that their reach extends into Russian networks is concerning enough, but the cyber aspect she mentioned is just the surface. Israel’s operational edge runs much deeper—and has for years. Take the U.S. Stargate Project (1978–1995), a classified DIA/CIA remote viewing program. One of its top participants, retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Joseph McMoneagle (Remote Viewer #001), earned the Legion of Merit for his work on these “special intelligence projects,” describing methods that allowed trained viewers to detail distant targets, personnel, and facilities without leaving an electronic trace. Evidence points to Israel not just observing this research but building on it, leveraging shared intelligence, expertise from figures like Uri Geller (who worked with both U.S. and Israeli services), and Unit 8200’s integration of advanced anomalous cognition techniques. Geller claimed in a July 2025 Jerusalem Post interview that a covert Israeli military psychic unit—enhanced by AI and other protocols—was key in enabling precision strikes during Operation Rising Lion against Iran’s nuclear and command assets. No hacked cameras or standard SIGINT, just direct, non-local perception. The takeaway: modern Israeli remote-viewing derivatives could allow them to locate and track virtually anyone, anywhere, with minimal detectable means. Cyber defenses, taped lenses, Faraday cages—such countermeasures offer little protection.
