@believeinscot Holyrood needs reform. Term limits. Fewer SPADS/staff. Reduce the number of MSPs. Scrap the crooked list system. Get rid of the presiding officer and replace with a non political appointee, ex judge(?). Cut the FM salary by 50% MSP by 25%. MSPs 'clock in' and publish it online.
