A completed Portal fan remake is stuck in limbo because Valve stopped respond to devs
Portal: Alive & Kicking was developed with Valve’s approval and received access to Portal 2’s source code, a rare privilege for a fan project.
The team says it still can’t be released because Valve hasn’t responded to the final paperwork needed to publish it on Steam.
The developers submitted the required non-commercial license months ago and have waited ever since.
Because the project uses Valve’s proprietary source code and is covered by an NDA, they can’t upload it elsewhere while waiting.

Modern Warfare 4 Campaign Details:
• Missions will be set in locations such as North Korea, South Korea, Russia, and the streets of New York City
• There will be an open world map/mission that is based around South Korean forces being pinned behind enemy lines in North Korea
• South Korean advisors were hired to make sure everything feels very authentic
• Modern Warfare 4 is aiming to feature more full on war sections, with around 50% of the game being full scale war, 50% being MW reboot style spec ops unit missions.
