There are 2 reasons for this and both are legit:
1 - Military regulations actually dont allow officers to have public social media accounts, so they all do it like this.
2 - When they come on X and take part in political narrative building, they violate their oath and the constitution. One of the biggest crimes they can commit according to Pakistani law, short of murder.
Thats why they hide.
