Ruskin Park goalposts are back! The goalposts had to be removed as they were rusty & becoming unsafe. Local residents quickly contacted us to say that they missed them. We decided to use funding from our local ward pot fund to provide some new goalposts for the park.

Thank you to everyone who voted Labour and backed our plan for Sheffield. Labour made 5 gains, winning seats from the Conservatives, the Liberal Democrats and the Greens. I'm proud of all of our fantastic new councillors and all our election candidates.

Our members then went canvassing in Walkley ward for John Wright 🌹 It’s wards like these that we need to win across our city 🏙️ Vote Labour on May 2nd for a better, brighter future☀️

🎉The number 10/10A bus is back! 🚌This morning Councillor Tom Hunt and I were so pleased to see the number 10 bus back in Upperthorpe. This service is vital for residents for lots of reasons but especially because it allows residents to travel to the Hallamshire Hospital.

Walkley Festival 2023 began today. It was great to speak at the launch to say thank you to my friend Veronica Hardstaff who helped to found the Festival 20 years ago and is still centrally involved today. She is a tireless campaigner for Walkley and a true community champion.
