Eligible providers include $RKLB, SpaceX, Blue Origin, ULA, Stoke Space, Impulse Space and Relativity. No funds are being obligated yet. Awards will be issued at the task-order level.

CNBC reports the government may now require approval over which companies receive early access to frontier cyber models from OpenAI and Anthropic. The White House says participation remains voluntary and denies approving private model releases. For now, this appears to be more control over early-access partner lists, not every AI launch.
