Another hot busy day for us mechanics at one of @SurreyFRS stations. x1 Unimog and x1 appliance requiring their road safety inspections whilst another appliance was having its turbo, engine oil, filter and air filter replaced following a turbo seal failure, luckily #smoking

Lastly, my friends, although I am very distraught to effectively have been hounded out of policing and punished by having my dogs ripped away from me and my family unnecessarily when trying to do something positive for our service animals,

It’s been a hectic month for the volunteer crews with multiple A/C movements at Brooklands, along with ongoing competencies and live fire training.

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of L/ff Dave Charlton, aged 74. Dave served at Hartley Wintney Fire Station from 1980 - 2004. Our thoughts are with Dave's family at this difficult time. Details of Dave's funeral will be shared in due course.
