The collection standard on Bitcoin, Parent-Child Provenance, is powerful. Not only can an inscription create a child (and grandchild), but a child can have multiple parents! A rich family tree that enables clear and detailed provenance for collections on Bitcoin. The best provenance for creators and collectors, especially important for the highest value assets in the world. @OnChainMonkey created the first known multi-parent collection in OCM Genesis from parents 20219 and 464551. The child is the official art from the parents. In OCM's generative art, both parents had the added feature of containing the full art of the respective collection in each parent for the best provenance. Multi Parent-Child Provenance was officially merged into Ordinals recently, and you can check it out on Ordpool already!

How to make money with Bitcoin Ordinals👇 TLDR: Focus on TRADING, acquisition and disposal of assets for profit, or COLLECTING, accumulating and preserving assets of historical significance. 1. TRADING: BUY LOW, SELL HIGH. Opportunities for this happen frequently and repeatedly in crypto. It's the game that many in crypto are here to play. The underlying value of the assets do not matter as long as the price is moving up with volume to play the game. Upwards price and volume movements attract more players, and causes a positive loop of even higher prices and volume. The oppososite is true too, as soon the game slows down, the price and volume crash. The biggest players all know this and are the fastest to exit one game and move to start the new game. That's exactly what is happening in Bitcoin Ordinals. The biggest games are moving from Ethereum to Bitcoin. The Bitcoin casino is open for business and attracting new players. Many Bitcoiners are spectating, but the HODL nature of Bitcoiners means many prefer the second way of make money: COLLECTING. 2. COLLECTING: BUY LOW, HODL, SELL HIGH. Opportunities for this happen infrequently. Bitcoin itself is a great example of this. Trading Bitcoin at any point in time can burn you. You often sell too early because Bitcoin is one of those rare collectible assets that is worth collecting and hodling long term. In NFTs, CryptoPunks is another example. These type of assets come infrequently, but if you can spot them, they are worth the HODL. Bitcoin Ordinals is one of these rare opportunities for collecting. Collecting also takes skill and research, and can be less risky and volatile than trading. Collectors don't have to monitor their assets 24/7. However, a main challenge in collecting Ordinals now is that its hard to find the collectibles, to discover them, and then to find the owner of the collectible to buy it. The marketplaces are all designed for the trader's market as opposed to the collector's market. The collector's market is why we created @OnChainMonkey Genesis and Dimensions on Bitcoin. The Bitcoin blockchain is the best ledger for the highest value collectibles. Ordinals is the new ledger for collectibles on Bitcoin, and OCM Genesis and Dimensions are foundational collections on Bitcoin. Foundational for their use of Recursive Inscriptions, Parent-Child Provenance, and rare satoshis. Opportunities abound in Bitcoin. Whether trading or collecting, understand the game.
