@calamondan Honestly toxic chara is cool in concept, but you see so many people think of it as "chara Hates their family" instead of "charas unresolved traumas cause behaviours that is not healthy for them or their loved ones", and is typically why I stick to the more lenient interpretations

i think chara as a toxic/controlling sibling is a cool characterization of them tbh, i like to think whatever they went through on the surface made them that way
