Dear Parents, Most high school head coaches and assistant coaches REAL JOB isn’t coaching. Most high school coaches have a REAL JOB that puts food on their table. Coaching is just a passion or calling that they pursue to HELP ATHLETES achieve their goals. REMEMBER THAT!

All that energy spent complaining and criticizing could be spent contributing and encouraging. You decide where your energy goes and whether it’s aimed at building up or tearing down.

If the only time people know you’re a captain is when you walk out for the coin toss on Friday nights, you’re doing it wrong! Lead in the hallways, lead in the classroom, the weight room, and most importantly… LEAD IN LIFE!

Don’t focus on how many reps you do. Focus on how well you do each rep.
