@MrDanielBuck Sounds fair to me. Especially since 2 students could be assessed for needing accommodations and only 1 gets it, buy a 1% margin. They both require the same level and kind of support, but one gets it all, the other gets nothing.

Curious everyone's thoughts: Any student who receives accommodations receives a diploma and standardized tests scores with a flag noting that they got accommodations. A small counter-incentive to accommodation-nation, but something is better than nothing, no?

Why am I referenced as an African-American? I hate that! My ancestors go back well over 200 years in this country. That's much longer than most other Americans. Do we call them British or Irish Americans? The term is dumb and I'm not a fan of it. I’m American!

@frozenaesthetic It doesn't spoil like food, but after a few hours it will absorb more CO2 from the air, which gives it an odd, stale flavour. Not "dangerous" but also not pleasant.
