@HMRCcustomers Danial, yes I have. My query concerns whether travel items (eg clothing and accessories) are treated the same as goods being imported permanently. Eg If a clothing item / accessory is being worn, is it declarable?

@EastMidRailway My train has been cancelled due to the industrial action on 20/7. I bought my ticket online and wish to get a refund. Do I need to call your customer service line for this? The EMR website suggests applying online, but I can't find how to do this.
