I feel successful when I don't need to micro-manage and I can delegate a lot to my team while still being available anytime anyone needs me. It means that my team is capable and developed. I hope everyone feels seen, heard, and own a special 'stage' to optimize their potentials.

I am now a school principal! It is maybe the biggest responsibility I've ever had before turning 30. I was inaugurated on May 27, and officially did the handover on June 7. The best way to approach it is of course as a tarbiyah and an opportunity to learn and develop myself 😃
