My pond is starting to really wake up now after this weeks warmer weather. It's full of toads & frogs croaking away happily. Newts have also been busy making their way back to the pond to breed. Incredible that this scene was just grass a few years ago. Conservation@althorp.com

It's our garden pond's second Spring, & already looking promising, adding colour & lots of biodiversity. Newts, frogs, damselfly larvae, diving beetles, Daphnia, water Boatman, Back Swimmers, Pond Skaters, Pond Snails & new for our pond - Caddis Fly larvae, all spotted recently.

I went out looking for a Barn Owl and saw this Noctule Bat feeding high and fast ...an absolute beast of a Bat! I didn't realise we had Bats this size in the UK . #bats @BatConservation

Still so many Chelsea supporters left in the ground. Why? It's 8-2. Fans have currency. Agency. To leave the ground empty would send a message to the owners/manager. Don't take us for granted. Loyalty is a powerful tool that can often work when it is withdrawn.
