@tesla_jokes @WarrenWhyteUK @Tesla My Tesla mistook an overhead gantry for an obstacle on the motorway. I think we are a long way off from them understanding the myriad of parking signs in the UK.

@GavinBarwell Speak for yourself but Reform didn’t win a shed load of council seats this month on a rejoin manifesto.

It's reasonably likely we will rejoin at some point given huge age skew in support for Brexit and geopolitical trends But it's not going to happen quickly both because EU won't want us back until UK public opinion clearly in favour and neither left nor right bloc aligned on it
Daniel Hannan@DanielJHannan

Britain will never vote to rejoin - and, for all their protestations, Labour politicians know it. Me in the Telegraph. Paywall down. telegraph.co.uk/gift/ac4274f29…

@vivamjm @TheDesKelly As we’ve never been in Schengen I don’t accept this the catastrophe that some try to paint. Our borders have always been turgidly slow on half terms, bank holidays and other peak travel times. I may be wrong long term, but no one actually knows as yet.

Read all of the above provided thread. Harder borders mean they are harder to cross. It's not debatable. You might have been lucky so far and continue to be lucky but you no longer have the automatic right to be on your continent (no FoM for you, unless you have an EU/EFTA passport) nor to have goods of any description & value (no single market/FoM nor customs union) taken there, or brought back

@vivamjm @TheDesKelly The argument about pin pointing historic events is exactly the same as highlighting a bank holiday weekend delay. Now if there is a pattern long term and I can no longer sail through Dover mid week (which I could do even through the lorry queues) then I’ll concede it’s an issue.

I think this requires a community effort! After you have used 4 out of 5 votes for your own country... let's get this rest stop re-opened and made into a SuperCharger site and Tesla Diner! From Tobi's original post: "Can I ask you all for a little favor? In Switzerland we have an abandoned rest stop since 2003 at one of the most beautiful lakes (Lake Walensee) and one of the most popular highways between Zurich and Graubünden. I think it would be a perfect place for Tesla to reopen it with the first Tesla Diner in Europe." @woodhaus2 @MdeZegher - let's do this! Some things are just too cool to pass up. 😎 Re-post this, Tobi's post, or make up your own.

@simonlightwood So why the delay in following the Netherlands lead and allow Tesla Full Self Driving (supervised)? Thousands of cars equipped with the Tesla AI technology in the UK waiting for Labour to be ambitious.

@zaksouthward @RicHolden On top of her brief? Could you nudge her to stop the idiotic ferry tax for the Isle of Wight (you know, the one Scottish ferries are exempt from). Then I’ll listen to arguments about her ability.

The thing is though Richard, that’s nonsense isn’t it. The 701s ordered by Firstgroup were plagued by delays caused by train faults and industrial disputes. As of April last year before SWR was nationalised, they were over 5 years late and only a handful were actually in service. Since nationalisation last year the rollout of these trains has been massively accelerated, a testament to the new leadership at SWR with all the old 1980s stock now finally retired as of a few months ago. Thank goodness we have someone like @Heidi_Labour in charge, actually on top of her brief and delivering real change to our railways!

Heidi, why do you keep telling porkie pies about the roll out of the 701 trains on South Western? Every time it’s the same old nonsense. The new 701s have got bugger all to do with state control of the railways, they were ordered in 2017 and have been being rolled out for years.
Heidi Alexander MP@Heidi_Labour

Another big rail moment today, as South Western gets its first GBR train. Since coming into public ownership, a new fleet of trains has been rolling out, giving passengers more spacious, comfortable & air conditioned journeys. We're building a railway you can be proud of. 🇬🇧🚆

@tesla_jokes I also wonder if you cancel that £49, does it cancel the EAP you already have? And you can then only reactivate with the £99 sub? I’ve asked Tesla support for the answer.

@ThomasHume Tried it out in LA last year and while very nice indeed, no way it would get me out of a Model S at the price Lucid want.

@WarrenWhyteUK Really wish you guys get access. Eventually the whole right hand steering wheel retrofit bullocks will work itself out; the performance of their technology is truly next level and it cannot be ignored by global adoption/appeal. Really hope the UK can experience the unreal Lucid.
