@Binnicreeklamb @sheepGeekCP I will have to go back & check data, but I seem to remember the continuous graze (1 paddock treatment) mob had mire instances of zero epg. Was the higher fat score increasing resistance to worms?

Cracking lineup for the upcoming @LandcareAust webinar. Register (dpi.pastures.link/webinar) to hear @WarwickBadgery provide answers on: - How does soil C change with management and over time? - Measuring soil C, how confident can we be? - What soil C can be sequestered at depth?

@mjgoodenco @NSWDPI_Pastures More data on changes in soil C over time is greatly needed. I fully support pulling together data from ERF projects if there is a way.

@WarwickBadgery @NSWDPI_Pastures This is interesting reading. Certainly a different outcome from the properties that have been issued 150000 ACCU'S over the past few months. It might be time to look at that data also.

@stuartaustin82 @NSWDPI_Pastures Thanks Stuart, over a third of studies had data to depth. It didn’t change the outcome. Where we have monitored changes at depth they are generally reflected in the top 30 cm. Under the Paris agreement C can not be counted below 30 cm either.

@WarwickBadgery @NSWDPI_Pastures A review of previous research…so nothing new here? Any of this research look at depths beyond 30cm? When will the research start at depths beyond 30cm? There’s some catching up to do!

@WarwickBadgery @foodagility @NSWDPI_Pastures You mention that plant diversity and increased growth can happen under rotational grazing and that could increase SOC. If carbon stocks aren’t increasing in the soil, then what changes are happening?

Today I crossed another item off my bucket list: a visit to @Rothamsted to see the longest running science experiment. Thankyou to all the researches for showing @LaiYunru and I around. Looking forward to coming back next week to show you all #APSIM
